Interview alot.
Ask alot of questions.
Have them role play.
Ask about guarantees.
Ask about flexibility/changes if necessary.
Get the references and ask what they did well and not so well.

How to generate leads:

If you are great on the phones, you can call from the phone book and succeed.
Ask yourself..what have telemarketers done to upset you when they called you before.
Don't ask too many qualifying questions.
Be short and to the point.
Beleive in what you are calling about.
Be different than all the other callers.
