Today I was thinking about some past clients.
The good and the not so good!
Wanted to share from my experiences so you would have insight into what I like/dislike.
I had one client who had no idea what he wanted done via the phones....I loved detailing this out for him and showing him what would work.
I had another client who knew EXACTLY what he wanted done..and that was great...but he had so many contingent rules...like tone inflection changes all thru the script...that even a rocket scientist would have failed.
I definately love it when a potential candidate is OPEN before they hire me and let all the cats out of the bags...so I CAN have the opportunity to pass on a project that is far too left brained for a right brained telemarketer.
